Our color analysis service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Results are for informational purposes and should not replace professional advice.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of photos you upload and for keeping your account information secure.

Limitation of Liability

ColorAnalysisTech provides AI-based analysis and cannot guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our analysis.

Refunds

Color analysis is a subjective, expert assessment based on the photos you provide, and results depend heavily on photo quality and lighting. Because of this, we do not offer refunds simply for disagreement with your results. If you are unhappy with your analysis, we will gladly re-analyze your colors for free with new photos taken in natural daylight. Refunds are issued only where the service was not delivered or a technical error prevented you from receiving your results.

If you choose to re-run your analysis with a new photo, you will be asked to confirm that you understand your analysis becomes final and non-refundable. By re-running your analysis, you waive the 14-day money-back guarantee for that analysis.
