Use of Service

Our color analysis service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Results are for informational purposes and should not replace professional advice.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the photos you upload and for keeping your account information secure. Upload only photos you have permission to use and, for AI-generated previews, only photos of adults who have agreed to that processing. Do not use generated images to impersonate, harass, deceive, or violate another person's rights. Previews are illustrative and may not accurately predict real clothing, hair, or makeup results.

Photo Processing and Account Deletion

Cloud analysis and generated previews use external processors described in our Privacy Policy. Local tools, account backup, and AI photo processing have different data flows. Revoking AI permission stops new requests but may not stop work already sent. Delete account & data in the iOS app removes your account and associated active app data, subject to the retention details in that policy. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Limitation of Liability

ColorAnalysisTech provides AI-based analysis and cannot guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our analysis.

Refunds

For iOS purchases, Apple handles billing and refund requests. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings. The purchase screen shows the applicable price and renewal period. A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal. Any trial offer and eligibility are confirmed by Apple at checkout. The iOS app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Website purchases

Color analysis is a subjective, expert assessment based on the photos you provide, and results depend heavily on photo quality and lighting. Because of this, we do not offer refunds simply for disagreement with your results. If you are unhappy with your analysis, we will gladly re-analyze your colors for free with new photos taken in natural daylight. Refunds are issued only where the service was not delivered or a technical error prevented you from receiving your results.

If you choose to re-run your analysis with a new photo, you will be asked to confirm that you understand your analysis becomes final and non-refundable for that analysis.
